1. General provisions

2. What data is processed
- name, telephone number and content of the appeal, voluntarily indicated in the form;
- technical information: IP address, device and browser type, address of the page visited;
- cookie information and advertising transition parameters - only to the extent permitted by the user.
3. Purposes and grounds of processing
Data is used to respond to a request, select materials, prepare a proposal, ensure the operation and security of the site, as well as analytics after obtaining consent. The basis is the user’s consent, execution of a request or agreement and the legitimate interests of the Operator within the limits of the law.
4. Data actions and deadlines
The operator can collect, record, systematize, store, clarify, use, depersonalize, block and destroy data. Data is stored no longer than required for stated purposes or applicable law.
5. Transfer and protection
Access may be provided to hosting, communications and web analytics contractors only to the extent necessary and subject to confidentiality. The operator applies organizational and technical measures to protect against unauthorized access, modification and destruction of data.
6. User rights
The user has the right to request information about processing, clarify, block or delete data, withdraw consent and send a request to stop processing. The request can be sent to the Operator’s email with the subject “Personal Data”.
