Application

Thick-layer leveling putty for interior work.

Leveling putty PROMIX-H is intended for sealing damage, cavities and cracks, as well as for leveling concrete, plaster, plasterboard and other surfaces.

Properties

Increased adhesion, minimal shrinkage, high strength to mechanical stress, can be sanded dry, does not interfere with diffusion, is plastic, pliable during application (pulling) and leveling, has a long operating time.

Material consumption

Depends on the thickness of the applied layer. With a layer thickness of 1 mm, the consumption will be 1 l/1,8 kg per 1 sq. m.

Layer thickness

Up to 5 mm in one pass.

Drying time

Layer thickness 1 mm approximately 1 hour at temperature (20±2)°C. Allow the 24 surface to dry completely within an hour, after which further work can be carried out (sanding, painting, wallpapering, etc.).

Color

Beige, RAL tinting.

Grain size

0,3 mm.

Application

Mix the putty thoroughly before use. The base must be clean, dry and strong, and peelings must be carefully removed. Loose, highly absorbent surfaces must be treated with deep penetration primer PROMIX. Apply the putty mechanically or manually, smoothing it out evenly with a spatula.

To achieve a smoother surface, use finishing putties (Pro Spray, PROMIX F) in the last layer. Carry out work at an air temperature not lower than +5 °C. When sanding, it is recommended to use personal protective equipment.

Method of application

Using a spatula, mechanical application.

Composition

Ground micro-marble, styrene-acrylic dispersion, high-quality bactericidal additives, special plasticizers, fillers, water.

Frost resistance

5 cycles. Store at temperatures above +5 °C.

Shelf life

Valid for 12 months from the date of production when stored in the original, closed packaging.
