Description and properties

Application

For painting most types of mineral surfaces of walls and ceilings in dry and medium humidity rooms (plasterboard, concrete, plastered, etc.) before applying the main protective and decorative coating.

Properties

2 to 1: simultaneous priming and painting. Strengthens the surface layer of mineral surfaces, ensures strong adhesion of the main protective and decorative coating to the base and uniform application of the main paint, reduces the consumption of the finishing coating. After drying, it forms a smooth matte surface that is resistant to abrasion and washing. Environmentally friendly product, fire and explosion proof; operating range from −60 °C to +80 °C.

Composition

Ground micro marble, styrene-acrylic dispersion, special plasticizers and bactericidal additives, thickeners, water.

Approximately 1 hour at (20±2) °C. Complete drying - 24 hours.

Preparation and use

Preparation of the base and work order

Recommended application temperature +5…+35 °C. Before starting work, stir the primer; It is allowed to dilute with water no more than 5%, then mix with a mixer. Apply mechanically or manually in an even layer. If a second coat is necessary, the first one must dry completely.

Method of application

Brush, roller, mechanical application.

Limitations and warnings

Drying time depends on the thickness of the layer, temperature and humidity, and surface properties.
